• Sol : Clay-limestone plateau and clay-sand plateau.
• Vinification : Fermentation in new barrels. Aging in barrels, on dregs and with stirring during one year.
• Color : Nice straw yellow colour, intense and bright.
• Nose : Elegant, it reveals peach with sirup and nectarine aromas, supplemented by toasted and mineral notes.
• Mouth : Rich and wide, it expresses vanilla and hazelnut flavours. Excellent aromatic persistence where the finale is mineral.
• Recommendations : Scallops, asparaguses, risotto with shrimps and curry, brie de Meaux.
• Alcohol : 13.5
