Mas Belles eaux - Château Belles Eaux Carmin - 2018 - 75 cl


  • Geographical Situation : Languedoc-Roussillon
  • Sol : Clay-Limestone
  • Vinification : Mechanical harvest at night. Cold pre-fermentation maceration (3-4 days between 12° and 15°C) in order to extract much more aromas, followed by an alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures. During this step, there are som extraction operations depending on the tasting in order to extract the entire potential of the wine( aromas, colour, tannins). Then, the wine is aged in oak barrels for 18 months.
  • Color : Deep red colour with ruby reflection.
  • Nose : Intense with small black berries and spices aromas.
  • Mouth : Fruity, slightly grilled with vanila and soft spices notes. Silky tannins. Sugary palate with length.
  • Recommendations : Ideal with lamb or chicken with tomatoes and sweet peppers.
  • Service temperature : 14-16°C
  • Conservation : 5 years
  • Alcohol : 14.5
