• Geographical Situation : Located in the Hérault, few kilometers far from Pézenas in the Northern-West, in the town of Caux, Château Sainte Hélène has carried on a wine-growing tradition for several generations.
• Sol : Clay-limestone coteaux with “Villafranchien” gravel.
• Vinification : Vinified. Fermentation at controlled temperature (18-20°). Ageing for 4 months in vats (80%) and oak barrels (20%).
• Color : Crystalline white.
• Nose : Highly aromatic, white peach with exotic fruits notes.
• Mouth : Great minerality on the palate with a long and fresh finale.
• Recommendations : Ideal with white meats (poultry, veal, sweetbread), tasty red meats with strong flavors such as lamb or mutton, cheeses with character, mature and with strong aromas.
• Alcohol : 14 %
